Q:	Is it legal to copy my key?
	Yes, having your electronic key copied is the same as taking a regular house key to a store and having a physical copy made of your key. Since you are the owner of your original electronic key, you are the legal user of the copy.

Q:	Can you use the numbers on the back of my key and use those to duplicate it?
	We wish it were that easy! The numbers printed on your key have no bearing on the electronic code it contains. Those are batch numbers and various other identifiers that do not reveal the internal electronic serial number.

Q:	I live in XXXXX ZIP, FL. Can I drop my key off at your facility?
	Yes, we allow walk-ins with an appointment. Please see our How it works, Bring your key to us.

Q:	Do you accept orders through the Mail / UPS / FedEx / DHL?
	Yes, we allow orders to be sent to us through all 4 major carriers. We can return your original key(s) by your prefered method and speed. Please see our How it works, Send your key to us.

Q:	How long does it take to clone my key?
	For in-stock items, normal cloning time is 1-3 minutes per copy from when we receive your original key. If your sending your key to us, it will be the time from when we receive your key and a 1 day turn around. Please select the speed of return shipping. We offer return shipping by USPS, FedEx and UPS. We are not responsible for delays by the carriers.

Q:	Will my building's security staff realize I am using a cloned copy?
	The cloned key will differ in appearance from the original key you were issued. If you show the physical key to security, they may notice it does not look like the standard one they issue. However, to the access control system it appears identical to the original.

Q:	If my original key is deactivated will my clone still work?
	No. A cloned key carries an exact copy of the data on the original key. If your original key is deactivated, both keys will stop working.

Q:	Can you clone every type of key?
	We are able to clone almost every type of key on the market. Of course, if we cannot clone your key. We will give you a full refund for the puchase price of the clone. Shipping to us and return shipping is excluded.

Q:	What won't you clone?
	We will not clone state-issued identification cards, government/military identification cards and (of course!) credit cards. We reserve the right to deny service for any reason.
